Package Name Disputes

Note: This is a boilerplate document. It must be reviewed by legal counsel.

This policy specifies how SigmaShake handles disputes over the names of published rulesets on the SigmaShake Hub.

  1. Squatting: We do not permit "name squatting" — hoarding names without intending to publish meaningful rules.
  2. Trademarks: Do not use names that violate third-party trademarks. SigmaShake respects legitimate trademark claims.
  3. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication between users. If needed, SigmaShake will step in to mediate or forcefully transfer a name.
